Description:

Sucralose is an ideal sweetener for many foods and beveragesa perfect sugar substitute. E code E955.

The sweetness of pure sucralose is about 600 times that of sucrose (edible sugar), twice that of saccharin, and 3.3 times that of aspartame. 

The relatively low price of sucralose gives it a competitive advantage in the food and beverage industry.

Sucralose has a sugar-like taste, and good water solubility, also excellent stability under heat and over a broad range of PH conditions.
